Citizens, through the will of the universe, we have managed to secure an actual factory building fully capable of producing our commodity, LOVE. Several factory floors, grand stair-wells, hidden chambers and a view of London from the roof that is simply unmatched. The time has come to take the next step in our history; we’d be honoured for you to be part of it. The festival factory opens at 12pm Midday, we look forward to you clocking in.
This years Theme: Industrial * Revolution as two separate or combined entities. Think: Che Guevara chilling out at the main stage with a couple of power station chimneys; George Stephenson’s Rocket charging past Oliver Cromwell at the bar; communist mercenaries dancing the night away with Clive Sinclair; end of the night nonsense chat between a steam train, a vending machine and the Baader Meinhof gang. Make it as weird, surreal and tenuous as you like, it is Cockstock after all.
